Abstract:
An optical computing system, which is applied to the field of optical processing. A first optical processing unit in a first optical processing array of the optical computing system is used for outputting a first optical signal according to first sub-data, which is separated from first data, wherein the first optical signal indicates one bit of the first data, i.e., the first sub-data; and a second optical processing unit in a second optical processing array of the optical computing system is used for outputting a second optical signal according to the first optical signal and second sub-data, which is separated from second data, wherein the second sub-data is one bit of the second data, and the second optical signal indicates a product result of the first sub-data and the second sub-data. The present application can reduce the power consumption and device size required thereby, and reduces the encapsulation difficulty.
