Abstract:
An optical calculation device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with an optical neural network unit, an optical detection unit, and an output unit. The optical neural network unit comprises hardware that outputs a feature quantity map as a light intensity distribution by encoding incident light. The optical detection unit generates image data by optically detecting the feature quantity map. The output unit outputs the image data to an external communication network.
