Abstract:
When an operation is inputted to an analog input device, a controller 6 outputs, to an information processing apparatus 10, an output value that corresponds to the inputted operation, the output value being based on a measured characteristic value as well as a characteristic value and an output value that relate to at least one correction point defined during manufacturing. When a dead zone is set to the analog input device, the controller 6 allocates a new output value to each of correction points out of range of the dead zone so that the minimum to maximum values of the output value correspond to the movable range of the analog input device excluding the dead zone.
