Abstract:
An online calibration method for a phase shifter. The method comprises the following steps: a, building an optical path environment for calibration; b, adjusting a measuring plate (2) to enable a detector to generate longitudinal stripes; c, marking calibration scale lines on the measuring plate (2); d, recording an initial voltage of the phase shifter (1), and slowly changing the voltage of the phase shifter (1) in one direction to enable the stripes to move slowly; e, recording the voltage of the phase shifter (1) when the stripes pass through each calibration scale line; f, adjusting the phase shifter (1) back to the initial voltage, and repeating the steps d and e; and g, calculating and issuing a phase shifter calibration value. The problem that an offline phase shifter calibration method is inconvenient to use and the problem that calibration algorithm errors are not easy to determine can be solved. The present invention further provides an online calibration device for a phase shifter.
