Title:
OLIVE PASTE PRESS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/041945
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Olive paste press comprising a strip supported on its base, which makes a circular motion. The tape is supported on shafts with drive gears and guides. The product to be pressed is poured into the metal boxes that make up the strip. The press also comprises a second strip with lids which cover the boxes when they are full and which is above the first one in its own frame. There is a third strip which applies pressure under the boxes with pistons to the moving blades of the boxes. At the beginning of the strip there is a funnel into which the paste falls.

Claims:
CLAIMS The oil clough press, consisting of a strip that moves on its base. A funnel into which we pour the dough. A second tape on top of it at the same time as the first. A third tape below the first one which moves at the same time pressing the boxes of the first one to separate solids - liquids. And beams that push from the sides the pistons that create the under-pressure. It also consists of a vessel into which the liquid products of pressure and under-pressure fall. It is characterized by the fact that the boxes into which the dough falls are pressurized and under-pressured at different times in order to obtain the maximum possible result. The base of the box into which the dough falls consists of slats. A second box below the first with pistons on top of which there is rubber or leather and which when pushed down create under-pressure in the upper and lower box. The under-pressure pistons when not pushed down are held up by springs and boxes on the outside of the top box. Blades which push extensions that the pressure blades have in order to hold them down. When not under pressure and under-pressure.

DESCRIPTION

OLIVE PASTE PRESS

The invention refers to an olive dough press that separates solid liquids through pressure and under pressure. In a deposit I had made in the past with no. 20030100052 the mechanism is mentioned. The difference is that we remove the advantages of removing the breaker, softener and oleaginous pump. In a file deposit I made in the past with no. 20030100052 the mechanism is mentioned. The difference is that we remove the advantages of removing the breaker, softener and oleaginous pump. And instead of processing olives, it processes olive oil. But we add an element, the possibility of vacuuming, which helps to get the maximum amount of liquid from the dough. The oil dough press as previously described has a metal frame with shafts and gears, on which motion is given to a strip. The tape consists of boxes whose base consists of slats. The blades go up and down. When they rise they reduce the capacity of the box therefore they press the dough. The grooves on the box are removed and below the pressure box we create a second one. The second is closed with two openings high on the outer sides. At each opening is a box at the height of which two pistons move, on top of which there is rubber or leather. This touches and when it descends it creates a negative pressure. At the bottom of the box there are two holes through which two pistons pass. On the side that is inside the box there is a plate that presses the blades to make the pressure. And on the side that is under the box there is a second plate that presses on a motion tape that is under the tape with the boxes. That tape gives the pressure. Its height is adjustable and can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically. Above the frame on which the film with boxes moves there is still a third frame, in which a tape rotates. The tape has simple metal caps. The caps cover the tape boxes. At the end of the long strip is a funnel. The bottom of the funnel is equal to the opening of the box. The press works as follows: the dough falls into the funnel. The tape with the boxes is pulled from the other end. In its movement it drags boxes, they pass under the funnel and are filled. Then each full box when it reaches under the tape with the caps which is tangential to the tape with the boxes, drags it in its motion and covers them one by one. If they cover each box, the lower band on which the plate with the pistons presses and which converges from the bottom to the top, begins the pressure. The pressure is continued up to a point to get the maximum possible result. Then the under-pressurization begins. The pistons have springs that push them up. But at the bottom they have extensions which are pushed down with metal rods to get the maximum possible effect from the negative pressure. Liquids fall into a vessel which is below the pressure band and inside the box band. When the pressure and under-pressure are over the cans are uncovered and turned down, emptied and then refilled. At the time of uncovering the pressure pistons fall. When they fall down the grooves on the sides of the pressure pistons, the liquids pour down and fall into the vessel. This also happens when filling starts and stops when pressure starts. The boxes where the pressure is applied have small boxes on their sides with extensions from the bottom of each pressure blade. These are slightly pressed with foils. When the box is not under pressure and under pressure it is always down. The bottom of the pressure box has grooves which hold the liquid that remains in the pressure box during the rotation of the strip.
