Abstract:
The present invention easily provides a large-sized molded body that contains a high concentration of oil and fat, without being limited to shapes such as powders and granules. This oil-and-fat-containing molded product, which contains oil and fat (exclusive of emulsifiable oil and fat) and is used for non-food applications, is obtained by drying a raw material solution that includes water, oil and fat, a film-forming component, and a nanofiber component, wherein: the content of the oil and fat in the molded product is 54-85 mass%; the water activity value of the molded product after molding is at most 0.6 Aw; a surfactant is not contained in the molded product; and there is no separation between the oil and fat and components other than the oil and fat.
