Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an obstacle detection system for a work vehicle in which it is possible to perform efficient calculation processing operations. This obstacle detection system comprises: a photographing unit 3 that generates and outputs a photographed image of an obstacle-detection region; an obstacle position information acquisition unit 51 that acquires obstacle position information for obstacles that exist in the obstacle-detection region; a trained obstacle detection unit 6 that has been trained to output obstacle detection information containing the results of obstacles detection from input images; and an image transfer processing unit 5 for sending input images that are based on the photographed image to the obstacle detection unit 6 at prescribed time intervals, the image transfer processing unit 5 incorporating a time-interval-amending unit 55 that amends the time interval on the basis of the obstacle position information.
