Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a transfer step for transferring an object to be sorted; an image information acquisition step for acquiring image information about the object to be sorted and dividing the image information into a plurality of pieces of cell data at least during the transfer step or after the transfer step; and an identification step for identifying the object to be sorted on the basis of a trained model trained by inputting cell data and training information about the object to be sorted, wherein the training information includes at least defectless part information, defective part information, and background information about the object to be sorted, and the defectless part information includes at least contour information about the object to be sorted.
