Abstract:
A numerical value control device (1) comprises: a storage unit (11) that stores a machining program which causes a fixed cycle to be executed multiple times, the fixed cycle including a first operation for moving a tool (2) to a return point, a second operation for positioning a hole-opening position of a workpiece (4) relative to the tool (2), a third operation for moving the tool (2) from the return point to a hole bottom point, and a fourth operation for moving the tool (2) from the hole bottom point to an endpoint which is more toward the hole bottom point than the return point; a control unit (12) that controls the relative movement of the tool (2) and the workpiece (4) on the basis of the machining program, and that starts the second operation before the completion of the first operation and starts the third operation before the completion of the second operation so as to move the tool (2) along a curved route; a distance calculation unit (13) that calculates a retreat distance from the workpiece (4) to the return point; and a curve amount calculation unit (14) that calculates an amount of curve of the curved route for each fixed cycle on the basis of the retreat distance and the hole-opening position in each fixed cycle.
