Abstract:
A novel sewing machine housing grinding apparatus, comprising a base (1). A machining table (2) is provided at the center above the base (1); support columns (3) are provided on the two sides above the base (1); fixed bases (4) are symmetrically arranged on left and right sides of the surface of the machining table (2); a driving cavity is provided inside the machining table (2); an adjustment apparatus (5) is provided in the driving cavity; a height-adjustable plate (6) is connected to the middle of the upper portions of the support columns (3); an electric sliding seat (7) is slidably connected to the outside of the height-adjustable plate (6); a mounting box (8) is fixedly connected below the electric sliding seat (7) by means of a fixing rod; a driving apparatus (9) is provided inside the mounting box (8). In the present apparatus, overall grinding of the sewing machine housing is performed by means of a square grinding plate, and a circular grinding plate is driven by a rotating motor to perform secondary grinding on a recess, thereby improving the grinding effect of the sewing machine housing and speeding up the machining efficiency of a product.
