Abstract:

The present invention relates to: novel lactic acid bacteria, Lactococcus lactis P32 (KCCM13222P) and Bifidobacterium bifidum P45 (KCCM13223P), or a mixture thereof; and uses thereof. Strains and a mixture thereof, according to the present invention, can be effectively used in the prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases, osteoporosis, depressive disorder or anxiety disorder.
