Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a novel aluminum terminal. The aluminum terminal is electrically connected to an aluminum cable and an electric device and plays a role in conducting a current. The aluminum terminal comprises a connecting part and a functional part. The connecting part is connected to a conductive part of the aluminum cable. The functional part is connected to the electric device. The functional part is made of aluminum. At least one through hole is formed in the functional part, an insert is arranged in the through hole, and the through hole is connected to the insert at least partially by means of a transition connecting layer. The novel aluminum terminal of the present application can replace the existing common copper material to be manufactured into a wiring terminal, so that the problem of electrochemical corrosion caused by direct contact between a copper terminal and an aluminum cable can be effectively solved in the field of electrical connections, thereby improving the service life of the wiring terminal.
