The present invention provides a notification system (1) comprising: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires first terminal position information, second terminal position information associated with the first terminal, and information showing the density of people around the second terminal; and a control unit (12) that has the first terminal perform notification related to the second terminal under the conditions determined on the basis of the density of people around the second terminal.
