Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering. Disclosed is a normal curved surface funnel-based reservoir sediment discharging device. Said device comprises a sediment inlet funnel and a sediment conveying pipeline; the sediment inlet funnel is located in a sediment accumulation region in a reservoir, the sediment conveying pipeline is laid on a reservoir river bed, the bottom of the sediment inlet funnel is connected to one end of the sediment conveying pipeline, and the other end of the sediment conveying pipeline passes through the bottom of a dam; the outline of the sediment inlet funnel is a bivariate normal curved surface, the shape of the sediment conveying pipeline is an inverse hyperbolic tangent curve, and a valve is provided on the sediment conveying pipeline. During the operation of the device, the valve on the sediment conveying pipeline is opened, and under the action of the water pressure in the reservoir, the sediment carried by the water flow is discharged into the downstream of the reservoir by means of a sediment discharging pipeline. The normal curved surface form of the sediment inlet funnel and the inverse hyperbolic tangent form of the sediment conveying pipeline can effectively solve the problem of easy clogging in a sediment inlet opening and pipelines, and significantly increase sediment discharging efficiency.
