Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising the steps of: preparing a slab comprising, by wt%, carbon (C) in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.002%, 2.3-2.8% of silicon (Si), 0.2-0.28% of manganese (Mn), 0.32-0.45% of aluminum (Al), phosphorus (P) in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.015%, sulfur (S) in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.002%, nitrogen (N) in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.002%, titanium (Ti) in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.002%, and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities; hot rolling the slab, thereby forming a hot rolled sheet; pre-annealing the hot rolled sheet, thereby forming a hot annealed sheet; cold rolling the hot annealed sheet, thereby forming a cold rolled sheet; and cold annealing the cold rolled sheet, thereby forming a cold annealed sheet, wherein Mn and Al, which are contained in the slab, satisfy relation 1 (0.10 ≤ 1.3 x [Mn] - 0.46 x [Al] ≤ 0.18).
