Abstract:
This embodiment relates to a non face-to-face interview method using an artificial intelligence algorithm. Particularly, this method: first selects a non face-to-face interview type as a service (native app) for an interviewee using a mobile terminal; conducts a non face-to-face interview (including a simulated job interview); and obtains the result thereof. In addition, as a service for an interviewer, which uses a PC (SW), different codes for non face-to-face interviews, and questions tailored to job competence are provided to respective several companies. Therefore, reports and data regarding interview results are provided by collecting data regarding applicants by several job groups. In this case, a tool for measuring a soft skill and a hard skill of an employer is used to help objective decision-making. Thus, provided is a particular simulated job interview method for increasing the confidence of an interviewee and improving interview performance if interview training is conducted through the simulated job interview accordingly.
