Abstract:
A method for creating an NC program for machining a screw thread includes: a first step for setting a position at which a G code or an M code is to be inserted into the NC program; a second step for performing a setting to impart an oscillation component in a radial direction of the screw thread to a tool movement pathway; and a third step for creating the NC program for machining the screw thread, by inserting the G code or the M code for imparting the oscillation component in the radial direction of the screw thread at the position in the NC program, on the basis of an instruction for causing the setting from the second step to be reflected in the NC program.
