Abstract:
Provided is a natural wood composite material in which the appearance and texture of natural wood remain and which can maintain a shape molded by preliminary shaping during a period in which resin molding is performed after the preliminary shaping has been performed. A natural wood composite material 10 comprising a natural wood free sheet 12 having folding endurance, and a mesh material 14 that is provided to the reverse-surface side of the natural wood free sheet 12 and that plastically deforms, the natural wood composite material 10 being characterized in that, by plastic deformation of the mesh material 14, the natural wood free sheet 12 also deforms so as to follow the mesh material 14, and the plastically deformed shape is maintained during a period in which resin molding is performed after preliminary shaping has been performed.
