Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a multiplexing topology structure realizing both the control of a double-winding electric motor and charging by means of an on board charger (OBC). Bidirectional switching between a double-winding electric motor control topology and an OBC charging topology is realized by means of controlling closed and open states of a specific relay. In a double-winding electric motor control mode, the topology structure is divided into a battery module, a double-winding electric motor power control module 1, a double-winding electric motor power control module 2, a double-winding electric motor winding module 1 and a double-winding electric motor winding module 2; in an OBC charging mode, the topology structure is divided into a mains supply module, a PFC inverter circuit module, an inverter module, an isolation transformer module, a rectifier module and a battery module. In the present invention, a set of hardware devices are multiplexed to a great extent, such that functional requirements of both the control of a double-winding electric motor and charging by means of an OBC are met, thereby saving on space on a device and increasing the efficiency of on board charging while achieving a very considerable cost advantage.
