Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-wire parallel pretreatment system, comprising a wire rod, a pay-off stand, and a descaling box. The wire rod, the pay-off stand and the descaling box constitute a group of pretreatment portion in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and multiple groups of pretreatment portions are provided. The system further comprises a pickling tank, a water-washing tank, a boron-coating tank, and drying boxes; the pickling tank comprises an outer tank, an inner tank, a first chemical pump, and a pump-controlled apparatus; the pump-controlled apparatus comprises a protective cover, a control portion, and a switch assembly; the control portion comprises a roller shaft, a clamping plate, and a rack; and the switch assembly comprises a conductive rod and two conductive elastic pieces. According to the present invention, multiple drawing production lines share one set of pretreatment system, and multiple wire rods can be simultaneously treated by means of the pretreatment system, so that the production cost is saved; for each drawing production line, pickling can be separately controlled in a pretreatment process, so that the wire rods are prevented from being continuously corroded during shutdown.
