Abstract:
A multi-upright-frame full assembly type storage rack structure system, comprising a multi-space storage rack and a back bracing fixing region, wherein the multi-space storage rack is provided with N spaces, where N ≥ 2, and N is a positive integer; the multi-space storage rack is provided with longitudinal upright posts (1) formed by several upright posts (1) arranged in M columns in the longitudinal direction of the storage rack structure system, which posts correspond to first to M-th columns of longitudinal upright posts (1) in sequence from a roadway inwards, where M = N + 1; the back bracing fixing region comprises back bracing beams (4-3), back bracing spacers (2) and back braces (3); the back bracing beams (4-3) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the multi-space storage rack; two ends of each back bracing beam (4-3) are respectively connected to the upright post (1) at the corresponding position in the M-th column of longitudinal upright posts (1) by means of one back bracing spacer (2); and the back bracing spacers (4-3) of two vertically adjacent layers are connected to each other by means of the back braces (3) to form a cross system of back braces (3). In the system, a multi-upright-frame truss combination can be achieved to meet diversified storage requirements; and upright-frame trusses share one column of central posts, such that there is no need for spacing short beam connections, thus reducing material consumption, saving on storage space, and improving the shock resistance capacity of the structure.
