Abstract:
A multi-shaft variable-speed hot washing machine, comprising a cleaning cavity, a driving device and a rotating mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism is arranged in an inner cavity of the cleaning cavity and is in transmission connection with the driving device; at least one or more rotating mechanisms are provided; and an inner wall of the cleaning cavity is provided with a scraping mechanism configured to enhance an extrusion and friction cleaning effect between the cleaning cavity and cleaned materials. Due to the design of multiple groups of cleaning blade shafts, compared with the design of a traditional single cleaning blade shaft, the working load of the cleaning blade shafts is greatly reduced, and at the same time, the requirements for the structural size and strength of the cleaning blade shafts is lowered, thereby achieving a high-speed cleaning function which cannot be achieved by a traditional cleaning machine; in addition, the speed of the blade shafts can be adjusted, so that a cleaning track can be changed between the cleaning blade shafts when the materials are cleaned so as not to generate material cleaning dead corners, and compared with a traditional hot washing design, a higher cleaning capacity without dead corners can be generated.
