Abstract:
A multi-process flexible combined production distribution device for iron-containing surrounding rock and a distribution method therefor, which relate to the technical field of the comprehensive utilization of iron-containing surrounding rock. The distribution device comprises a plant first floor ground surface (4.1), a plant second floor ground surface (4.2), a plant third floor ground surface (4.3), and a plant exterior wall (4.4); a rough concentrate transfer belt (4.13) is provided on the plant first floor ground surface (4.1); a first row of rock belts (4.11) penetrates through the plant exterior wall (4.4), and a second row of rock belts (4.12) is provided on the top part of the plant second floor ground surface (4.2); a second surrounding rock funnel (4.10) and a rough concentrate funnel (4.14) sequentially pass through the plant second floor ground surface (4.2) from left to right; a gate valve (4.9) is provided on the second surrounding rock funnel (4.10); and a dry magnet machine magnetic pulley (4.5), a shield (4.6), an ore separator (4.7), and a gate valve door-type frame (4.15) are separately provided on the plant third floor ground surface (4.3). By means of the distribution device and method, multi-process flexible combined production that can be controlled on-line is adopted in a first coarse crushing and dry selection system, thus ensuring stable quality and quantity when comprehensively utilizing surrounding rock for full series production, and simultaneously ensuring the stability and smoothness of open-pit rock removal production.
