Abstract:
A multi-mover direct drive transmission system (100), comprising a stator unit (1), mover units (2), and drivers; the stator unit (1) comprising a frame (11), coil windings (12) and Hall elements (13); the direct-drive transmission system (100) consisting of a plurality of linear segments and arc segments; each mover unit (2) comprising a mover (21) and magnetic steel (22); the frame (11) comprising feedback segments (20) and transition segments (10). When a mover unit (2) moves to the magnetic field range of a coil winding (12), a magnetic field variation is generated and a Hall element (13) outputs a voltage signal according to a magnetic field variation detected thereby. A driver calculates an electrical angle according to a received Hall signal, and calculates a driving current according to a preset initial speed of the mover unit (2) and the electrical angle, and a coil winding (13) drives the magnetic steel (22) to move according to the driving current so as to correct a position. The multi-mover direct-drive transmission system control method, a computer device, and a computer readable storage medium have simple structures and a small number of components, and a motion control method is simple and easy to implement.
