Abstract:
A multi-axis robot-based feeding/discharging control system and method. The system comprises: a feeding module for controlling a multi-axis robot to reach the feeding position, and adjusting the multi-axis robot to a feeding attitude, wherein a taking/placing mechanism of the multi-axis robot takes a material in a target feeding groove to be processed and places said material in a taking/placing portion of the multi-axis robot; an operation module for controlling the multi-axis robot to deliver said material in the taking/placing portion to a target station for processing, so as to generate a product material, wherein the product material is temporarily stored on the target station; and a discharging module for controlling the multi-axis robot to reach the target station, and adjusting the taking/placing portion of the multi-axis robot to a discharging attitude, wherein the taking/placing mechanism of the multi-axis robot takes the product material on the target station and places the product material in a target discharging groove. The feeding/discharging control system and method ensures that delivered materials are consistent with required materials, and achieves a regular and ordered delivery process, thereby guaranteeing the material delivery fluency.
