Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-axis angle head device for a machine tool. The multi-axis angle head device for a machine tool comprises: a collet chuck configured to rotate axially; a fixed body which is positioned on the lower portion of the collet chuck, and which has a cutting oil tube; a casing coupled to the lower portion of the fixed body; a center shaft which is installed in the casing so as to rotate axially, and which receives torque from the collet chuck and rotates thereby; multiple electrically-powered shafts which are disposed symmetrically around the center shaft so as to extend out of the casing, and which receive torque from the center shaft and rotate axially thereby; tool mounting portions provided on extension ends of the electrically-powered shafts such that tools are mounted thereon; a cutting oil guide portion provided in the casing so as to receive cutting oil supplied through the cutting oil tube such that the cutting oil passes along same; and an output unit having a nozzle portion for ejecting cutting oil transferred from the cutting oil guide portion. The multi-axis angle head device for a machine tool of the present invention, configured as above, has multiple tool mounting portions such that tools necessary for operations can be mounted/used at once. Accordingly, there is no need to replace tools, and rapid and efficient operations are possible. In addition, every tool mounting portion has a nozzle portion for ejecting cutting coil such that cutting coil can accurately reach the cutting point, and supply of cutting oil and blocking thereof can be easily adjusted.
