Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an airbag with a rigid, hard support, which can be used in inflatable products to realize the adjustment of inflatable products. The present disclosure provides a multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body, which is height-adjustable according to user needs for lying down, sitting and leaning, etc. The present disclosure provides a multi position adjustable inflatable body with simple structure.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. An airbag with a hard support, comprising: an adjustable support frame, an adjustable airbag, and a fixing member, the adjustable airbag coupled to the adjustable support frame, and one end of the adjustable support frame is hinged with the fixing member.

2. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable support frame comprises a support frame body, the support frame body is a U-shaped structure, and its open end is hinged with the fixing member.

3. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 2, wherein the fixing member is a U-shaped fixing frame, the open end of the U-shaped fixing frame is hinged with the support frame body, and the adjustable airbag is connected between the support frame body and the U-shaped fixing frame; wherein when the adjustable airbag is deflated, the support frame body is folded on the U-shaped fixing frame.

4. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 3, wherein the adjustable airbag is connected with the U-shaped fixing frame through a flexible sheet.

5. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 2, wherein the fixing member comprises two fixing bases hinged with the open end of the support frame body.

6. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 5, wherein the fixing member further comprises a pin shaft, and two fixing bases are hinged with the support frame body through the pin shaft.

7. The airbag with a hard support according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable support frame comprises a support frame body and a shaft sleeve connected to the support frame body, the fixing member comprises two fixing bases and a pin shaft, the pin shaft is fixed between the two fixing bases, and the shaft sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft.

8. The airbag with a hard support according to any of claims 1-7, wherein the support frame body is connected with a support plate.

9. The airbag with a hard support according to any of claims 1-7, wherein the adjustable airbag is connected with the adjustable support frame through a flexible sheet.

10. A multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body comprising: an upper bed body, a lower bed body, and a support assembly arranged between the upper bed body and the lower bed body, the middle part of the bed body is connected with the lower bed body, and the upper bed body is divided into a first part and a second part according to the middle connection position; the support assembly is located below the first part of the upper bed body, the support assembly comprises an adjustable support frame, a first adjustable airbag and a fixing assembly; the first adjustable airbag is connected to the adjustable support frame, one end of the adjustable support frame is hinged with the fixing assembly, and the fixing assembly is arranged on the lower bed body.

11. The multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 10, wherein the inflatable body further comprises a second adjustable airbag, the second adjustable airbag is arranged between the second part of the upper bed body and the lower bed body, and the end of the second part of the upper bed body away from the first bed body is connected with the lower bed body.

12. The multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 10, wherein the adjustable support frame comprises a support frame body, and one end of the support frame body is hinged with the fixing assembly.

The multi-airbag and multi -position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 12, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a fixing frame, and the first adjustable airbag is connected between the support frame body and the fixing frame; when the first adjustable airbag is in the deflating state, the support frame body is folded on the fixing frame.

14. The multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 13, wherein the fixing assembly further comprises a pin shaft connected to the fixing frame, the adjustable support frame further comprises a shaft sleeve connected to the support frame body, and the shaft sleeve can be rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft.

15. The multi-airbag and multi -position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 13, wherein the first adjustable airbag is connected with a fixing frame through a flexible sheet.

16. The multi-airbag and multi -position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 12, wherein the fixing assembly comprises two fixing bases, and the two fixing bases are hinged with the support frame body.

17. The multi-airbag and multi -position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 16, wherein the fixing assembly further comprises a pin shaft through which two fixing bases are hinged with the support frame body.

The multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 16, wherein the adjustable support frame further comprises a shaft sleeve connected to the support frame body, the fixing assembly further comprises a pin shaft, the pin shaft is fixed between two fixing bases, and the shaft sleeve is rotatably sleeved

19 on the pin shaft.

19. The multi-airbag and multi -position adjustable inflatable body according to any of claims 12-18, wherein the adjustable support frame further comprises a support plate, which is connected above the support frame.

20. The multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body according to any of claims 12-19, wherein the first adjustable airbag is connected with the support frame body through a flexible sheet.

21. A multi position adjustable inflatable body, comprising: an inflatable body and a support assembly that can be placed under the inflatable body, the inflatable body comprises a first airbag and a second airbag that are connected with each other, the support assembly comprises an adjustable support frame, an adjustable airbag and a fixing assembly; the adjustable airbag is connected to the adjustable support frame, and one end of the adjustable support frame is hinged with the fixing assembly.

22. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 21 , wherein the adjustable support frame comprises a support frame body, and one end of the support frame body is hinged with the fixing assembly.

23. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 22, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a fixing frame, and the adjustable airbag is connected between the support frame body and the fixing frame; when the adjustable airbag is deflated, the support frame body is folded on the fixing frame.

24. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 23, wherein the adjustable airbag is connected with the fixing frame through a flexible sheet.

The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 23, wherein the fixing assembly further comprises a pin shaft connected to the fixing frame, the adjustable support frame further comprises a shaft sleeve connected to the support frame body, and the shaft sleeve can be rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft.

26. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 22, wherein the adjustable support frame further comprises a support plate which is connected above the support frame.

27. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 21, wherein the adjustable airbag is connected with the adjustable support frame through a flexible sheet.

28. The multi position adjustable inflatable body according to claim 22, wherein the fixing assembly comprises two fixing bases, which are hinged with the support frame body.

Field of the Disclosure

[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of inflatable products, in particular to an airbag with a hard support. The airbag may be used with an inflatable product, such as an inflatable body, which may be a multi-position adjustable inflatable body. The multi-position adjustable inflatable body may include multiple airbags.

Background of the Disclosure

[0003] With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, people have higher requirements for the quality of life. Ordinary palm mattresses, latex mattresses, spring mattresses, etc. can no longer meet people's needs. Inflatable products such as inflatable bodies are increasing in popularity because they are easy to carry, easy to collect, and have strong flexibility and elasticity, are not easy to deform, and have good comfort.

[0004] However, current inflatable bodies cannot adjust its height upon demand. While current inflatable bodies can be used for laying down, they cannot be used for lounging at an angle, e.g., cannot be leaned backwards. There is no corresponding back support structure for people sitting on the inflatable body, which can easily cause human fatigue.

[0005] In response to this problem, Chinese Patent No. 202653667U discloses an adjustable inflatable mattress, which comprises at least one ventilated main airbag, at least one independent auxiliary airbag, and an electric air pump. The ventilated main airbag comprises at least three independent ventilated air chambers, where each two adjacent breathable air chambers are separated by a tubular drawstring. The auxiliary airbag is located at the outside of the bottom of the ventilated air chamber. The disclosure comprises at least three overlapped triangular air chambers, where each two adjacent triangular air chambers are separated by a tubular drawstring and each triangular air chamber and each ventilated air chamber are equipped with at least one air nozzle. The air nozzles are all located on the same side of the corresponding air chamber and are connected with the electric air pump through air pipes. Although the disclosed adjustable inflatable mattress is capable of height adjustment, it requires multiple air chambers, and further needs to be equipped with specially shaped auxiliary airbags, which are triangle-shaped. The structure is complex and the production cost is high.

Summary of the Disclosure

[0006] The present disclosure provides an airbag with a rigid, hard support, which can be used in inflatable products to realize the adjustment of inflatable products. The present disclosure provides a multi-airbag and multi-position adjustable inflatable body, which is height-adjustable according to user needs for lying down, sitting and leaning, etc. The present disclosure provides a multi position adjustable inflatable body with simple structure.

[0007] In a first aspect of the present disclosure, an airbag with a hard support is disclosed, comprising an adjustable support frame, an adjustable airbag and a fixing member, the adjustable airbag is connected with the adjustable support frame, and one end of the adjustable support frame is hinged with the fixing member.

The adjustable support frame can adjust the height of the inflatable body or other inflatable products as a hard support, and at the same time, the adjustable position can form a good, inclined plane, thereby improving the comfort of people.

[0038] With the above technical solution, the present invention makes it possible to adjust the height of the inflatable body by setting a support assembly between the upper bed body and the lower bed body. When people need to sit and lean, the first adjustable airbag in the support assembly can be filled with air, that is, the first part of the upper bed body can be adjusted to a certain tilt angle for the user to lean, so as to achieve the user's sitting demand. When people want to lie down, deflating the first adjustable airbag, the adjustable support frame will be folded on the lower bed body, the first part of the upper bed body will return to the lower bed body when it loses its support, and the bed surface of the upper bed body will further be flat for users to lie down. It can be seen that the inflatable body of the present invention can be adjusted in height according to user needs, and can meet the needs of users such as lying and sitting. Moreover, the structure of the support assembly is simple. By adjusting the support frame to form a hard support for the bed body, a better inclined surface can be formed at the adjusted place, thus improving the comfort of people sitting.

[0039] With the above technical solution, the support assembly of the present disclosure comprises an adjustable support frame, an airbag and a fixing assembly, wherein the adjustable support frame is arranged above the airbag and is hinged with the fixing assembly. The present disclosure supports the airbag of the inflatable body by adjusting the support frame. As a hard support, the adjustable support frame can adjust the height of the inflatable body or other inflatable products, and at the same time, the adjusted height can form a good, inclined surface, thereby improving the comfort of people. The function of the adjusted airbag is to control the opening angle of the adjustable support frame, and the shape of the adjustable airbag will not affect the supporting effect. Therefore, the present design of the disclosure can realize the adjustment of the inflatable body without setting multiple adjustable airbags or specially shaped airbags. Therefore, the present invention has the advantages of simple structure and good supporting effect.

When a user lies down or sits and leans, the second adjustable airbag can be inflated, so that the support height of the legs can be increased to a certain extent, thereby improving the comfort of users.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments

[0080] As shown in FIGS. 1-2, the present disclosure describes a support assembly 130, including an adjustable airbag 20 with a hard, i.e., rigid, support, which comprises an adjustable support frame 10, a fixing member, or fixing assembly 33, which may comprise fixing frame 30. The adjustable support frame 10 comprises a support frame body 11, which may be a U-shaped structure, with the open end of the U-shaped structure hinged with the fixing frame 30. The fixing frame 30 may be U- shaped. The open end of the U-shaped fixing frame 30 is hinged with the support frame body 11. The hinged relationship between the fixing frame 30 and the support frame body 11 is facilitated by a fixing assembly 33, which may include fasteners 60. [0081] An adjustable airbag 20 is coupled below the adjustable support frame 10, and, more particularly, between the support frame body 11 and the fixing frame 30. Specifically, the adjustable airbag 20 is coupled to the adjustable support frame 10, interchangeable here with support frame body 11, through a first flexible sheet 50, and the adjustable airbag 20 is further coupled to the fixing frame 30 through a second flexible sheet 50. The flexible sheet(s) 50 may be coupled to the adjustable support frame 10 (i.e., support frame body 11) and/or the fixing frame 30 via a plurality of loops 62 which extend from an edge of the flexible sheet(s) and slide over the frame of the corresponding component to couple said component to the flexible sheet 50. The flexible sheet(s) 50 may be coupled to the adjustable airbag 20 via welding, unitary manufacturing, adhesive, hook-and-loop, zipper, thread, or other acceptable coupling methods.

[0082] The present disclosure positions the adjustable support frame 10 on the adjustable airbag 20, and the adjustable support frame 10 hinges with the fixing frame 30. When the adjustable airbag 20 is inflated, the adjustable airbag 20 expands to push the adjustable support frame 10, with a first end of the adjustable support frame 10 using the fixing frame 30 as a fulcrum, so that the other end of the adjustable support frame 10 swings upward to form a support slope as described further herein. When the adjustable airbag 20 is in a deflated state, the adjustable support frame 10 folds the adjustable airbag 20 onto the fixing frame 30. As such, when the adjustable airbag 20 of the present disclosure is used for an inflatable body, a selected position of the inflatable body can be raised and lowered.

[0083] The adjustable airbag 20 of the present disclosure may be applied to an inflatable body 210, also interchangeable with, but not limited to, “inflatable bed”, where appropriate, as shown in FIGS. 3-5. The inflatable body 210 may include a first part 111, which may be generally associated with a head portion of the inflatable body 210, and a second part 112, which may be generally associated with a leg portion of the inflatable body 210. The first part 111 of the inflatable body 210 and the second part 112 of the inflatable body 210 are coupled with each other. The first part 111 of the inflatable body 210 and the second part 112 of the inflatable body 210 are in a swinging connection with each other so that the first part 111 and the second part 112 can be folded; that is, the corresponding surfaces of the first part 111 and the second part 112 can be folded together.

[0084] When applied to the inflatable body 210, the adjustable airbag 20 is placed under a head portion, or first part 111, of the inflatable body 210. As described above, when the adjustable airbag 20 is in the inflation state, the support frame body 11 and the fixing frame 30 open to a certain angle, so as to lift the first part 111 of the inflatable body 210 to a certain height and angle and, while inflated, continue to support the first part 111 at said height and angle, so that a user can sit or lounge on the inflatable body 210 with upper body support. As shown in FIGS. 6-7, when the adjustable airbag 20 is in the deflation state, the support frame body 11 folds the adjustable airbag 20 onto the fixing frame 30, and the height of the first part 111 of the inflatable body 210 is lowered, so that a user can lie generally flat on the inflatable body. The support frame body 11 further folds onto the fixing frame 30 and may generally nest within the fixing frame 30. In other words, the support frame body 11 plays a supporting role for the adjustable airbag 20 and the first part 111 of the inflatable body 210, while the adjustable airbag generally controls the opening angle of the adjustable support frame 10.

[0085] Inflation and deflation of the adjustable airbag 20 may be largely controlled via inflation/deflation port 64.
