Abstract:
One objective of the present invention is to provide a monitoring system and the like that are capable of assisting in the appropriate handling of an event that has occurred. A monitoring system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition means for acquiring a photographic image; a detection means for detecting, from the photographic image, an occurrence of an event; an identification means for identifying a tool corresponding to the event; and an output control unit for making a communication terminal output information about the tool.
