Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of semiconductor circuit design, and in particular to a monitoring circuit, a refreshing method, and a memory. The monitoring circuit comprises: a sampling module for sampling an initial address to obtain a monitoring address; a first counting module for adjusting the count value of a first counter corresponding to the monitoring address on the basis of the received monitoring address; a processing module for comparing, on the basis of an update signal, the count value of the first counter corresponding to each monitoring address in the first counting module with a corresponding first preset value, and on the basis of the comparison result, determining whether to transmit the monitoring address to a second counting module; and comparing, on the basis of an update signal, the count value of a second counter corresponding to each monitoring address in the second counting module with a corresponding second preset value, and on the basis of the comparison result, determining whether to reserve the monitoring address; and the second counting module for adjusting the count value of the second counter corresponding to the monitoring address on the basis of the received monitoring address so as to monitor a slowly and continuously activated word line address.
