General description of the invention

In the past, the monitoring camera system was limited to recording a video clip, without doing anything to stop the problems that may occur. But this invention takes the suitable action, it has an image processing unit to deduces the problems related to security and safety, and an additional camera that depicts still images after directing it to the event, a light beam that directed to the event, and speaker that are directed to the person with the problem, the invention is connected to a fixed follow-up device used by the fixed security man, and connected wirelessly by portable follow-up device used by a roving security man, both of these devices have an LCD displaying text messages and still images, a speaker and a microphone and some push buttons.

Detailed description In fig. 1 the invention consists of the image processing unit, which is connected to the main camera that existed in the past, this unit deduces the problems related to security and safety, and outputs the type of the problem, and its coordinates in the picture, the video clip of the problem of the main camera will be saved in the memory, the invention has an additional camera for still images, if a problem takes place, the controlling unit directs the additional camera to the event to depict a still images with the rate that saved in the setting, it depicts the area of the event only, not the whole place, therefore the still image is enlarged and has a clear details, the invention has a light beam, the controlling unit switch it "on” and direct it to the event using the servo motor if the security man requests that, the invention has a speakers, it can be directed to a specific person using the servo motor, so that the security man can address him with his voice, or with a recorded message from the voice player, the voice player has a group of messages, the controlling unit switch it "on" and sends the message number to it, and send the speaker number to the selector to select the speaker that will broadcast the voice message near to the person of the problem, the audio input of the selector connected with the voice player, the audio outputs of the selector are connected with the speakers, the additional camera, the speakers, and the light beam, each of them are mounted on a servo motor to direct them to the event, the invention is connected with a fixed follow-up device, this device is used by the fixed security man as in fig. 1 and 2, and wirelessly connected to a portable follow-up device used by the roving security man as in fig. 1 and 3, both of them have the same features. Each of them has an LCD to displays text messages and still images depicted by the additional camera, a speaker to alert the security man, and a microphone so that the security man can send a voice message to the person with the problem, and a button to toggle the light beam and to direct it to the person with the problem, and there is a "reset” button, the security man should press it whenever a message is issued, otherwise the invention will consider that the security man is absent or not paying attention, and therefore warns, and there is a button to display the still images, and a set of buttons to select the voice message recorded in the voice player to direct it to the person with the problem.

The invention has a group of features for guarding, it is not necessary that all of these features be activated, but according to what the security men choose and according to the circumstances of the place, according to the time of night and day and according to the days of the week, from the settings it is possible to enable or disable any of these features, and specify the hours and days in which they are enable, choosing the appropriate sound volume, and choosing the warning elements, for each feature separately. The invention warns if another person try to take the bike, or the additional camera was unable to depict still image for that person, or the bike moved without an active action, or an unknown person stuck to it or got very close to it, but if the invention found that this person is the owner of the bike, as it lights the indicator lamp in another color, meaning that there is no problem to take the bike and go.- the car’s guarding from theft: the driver looks at the additional camera as soon as he arrives and stops in the place before getting out of it, so depict still image for him and save the picture in memory as the owner of that car, and then lights up a light bulb, that the additional camera succeeded in depicting still image for him and saving the required clear picture, but if it is failed, the invention will not light the lamp until it obtains the required picture, and therefore the driver of the car must notice that, and when a person goes to the car to take it, he must look to the additional camera to depict still image for him, the invention compares the still image of this person with the still image of the driver of the car saved in memory, and the invention warns if there is a difference in faces or clothes, or the camera is unable to photograph him or the car moves without an active verb or an unknown person stuck to it or got very close to it, but if the invention finds that this person is the owner of the car, then it lights an indicator lamp of another color meaning that there is no problem to take the car and go, and the driver of the car must wait until he sees the illumination of the indicator lamp,- warning when a car stopped in a place where parking is not allowable.

Fig. 4 shows the flowchart, showing the performance of the invention as it looking for a security or safety problem in the live image captured by the main camera, and when it finds a problem, the image processing unit outputs the problem type and its coordinates in the picture, and the controlling unit implements the warning elements that saved in the setting to this problem, the warning elements are: (1) choosing the appropriate voice message for this problem from the voice player, and select the speaker that near to the event and directing the speaker to the person with the problem, (2) directing the additional camera to the event to depict a still images with the rate that saved in the settings, saves these still images in the memory, (3) saving the video clip of the main camera for this problem in a separate place of the memory in order to facilitate its review without the need to review everything that was saved, (4) Output a text message on the LCD explaining the problem to the security man and giving him an alarm, (5) Allows the security man to send a voice message through the microphone by his voice, or send a recorded message selected from the voice player, and send it to the same speaker near the event to be heard by the person with the problem, (8) Allows the security man to switch "on” the light beam and direct it to the event or to the person with the problem, (9) Allows the security man to request still images of the event that depicted by the additional camera, (10) Allows the security man to reset the system.
