Abstract:
Disclosed is a molten aluminum quantitative distribution system. The molten aluminum quantitative distribution system comprises a base (1); a storage tank (2) and a supporting frame (3) are arranged on the base; the supporting frame is located on a side face of the storage tank; one end of the supporting frame is fixedly connected to the base, and the other end of the supporting frame is provided with an inclined face (4); the distance between the end of the supporting frame provided with the inclined face and the base is larger than the distance between an opening end of the storage tank and the base; a plurality of quantitative extraction assemblies (5) are arranged on the inclined facee; one end of each quantitative extraction assembly is detachably connected to the inclined face, and the other end of each of the quantitative extraction assemblies is located in the storage tank and provided with an extraction opening; a plurality of pouring nozzles (6) corresponding to the plurality of quantitative extraction assemblies are arranged on the storage tank; the plurality of pouring nozzles are all located on an outer side face of the storage tank; pouring pipes (7) are arranged on the quantitative extraction assemblies; and the quantitative extraction assemblies are in communication with the pouring nozzles by means of the pouring pipes. According to the molten aluminum quantitative distribution system, molten aluminum can be poured into multiple aluminum casting molds at the same time, such that the casting quality of an aluminum ingot can be improved, molten aluminum distribution is accurate, and equipment safety and reliability are high.
