Abstract:
This molding material is obtained by externally adding a fatty acid metal salt to methacrylic resin pellets containing a methacrylic resin and a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet ray absorbing agent. With respect to 100 parts by mass of the methacrylic resin pellets, the contained amount of the benzotriazole-based ultraviolet ray absorbing agent is not less than 0.001 parts by mass but less than 0.3 parts by mass. The metal in the fatty acid metal salt is a divalent or trivalent representative metal.
