The present invention can provide a plate-shaped molded body, a manufacturing method therefor, and a use of the plate-shaped molded body. The present invention can provide: a plate-shaped molded body that has pores formed therein and includes a concave-convex shape with engraved and embossed portions; a method for manufacturing the plate-shaped molded body; and a use of the plate-shaped molded body. The present invention can provide the plate-shaped molded body described above with uniform mechanical properties.
