Abstract:
A modular continuous microwave freeze-drying chamber comprises a chamber body (1) and a shielding plate (2), wherein a raised portion (22) is provided in the middle of the shielding plate (2), and body sealing ring grooves (23) are provided on the periphery of the raised portion (22); a mounting channel (14) of the shielding plate (2) is disposed in the middle of the bottom surface of the chamber body (1); grooves (13) are provided at two ends of the outer surface of the chamber body (1) in a length direction thereof, and a positioning pin assembly hole (15) is provided therein; and adjacent sealing ring grooves (11) are provided on the end surface of one side of the chamber body (1) around a hollow structure (16). The modular continuous microwave freeze-drying chamber effectively overcomes the defect of different temperature change deformations caused by inconsistent linear expansion coefficients between a freeze-drying chamber made from a non-metal wave-transmitting material and a microwave shielding plate made from a metal material, and ensures the vacuum sealing performance. A metal connecting piece between a chamber body and the shielding plate in the conventional art is removed, and microwave loading uniformity in a freeze-drying process is ensured. Assembly is achieved by means of modular design, and requirements for yield increase and expanded production are effectively met.
