A mobile concrete batching plant having a hydraulic jacking system, relating to the field of concrete mixing apparatuses. The mobile concrete batching plant having the hydraulic jacking system comprises a main body support; the main body support is respectively connected to a batching bin, a mixing bin, and a weighing belt conveyor configured to convey materials discharged from the batching bin to the mixing bin; one end of the main body support is provided with a plurality of rotatable moving wheels, and the other end is configured to be connected to a tractor; the main body support is connected to the hydraulic jacking mechanism; the hydraulic jacking mechanism is configured to jack or lower one end of the main body support close to the mixing bin. The mobile concrete batching plant having the hydraulic jacking system provided by the present embodiments has an automatic raising/lowering function, and there is no need to configure an additional hoisting device during assembly and disassembly.
