Abstract:
A mobile automatic bobbin replacing device, comprising a bobbin replacement executing end (7) and a feeding end (2) arranged at an interval, an automatic bobbin replacing device provided between the bobbin replacement executing end and the feeding end, and a driving mechanism capable of driving the automatic bobbin replacing device to move between the bobbin replacement executing end and the feeding end. The automatic bobbin replacing device comprises an execution terminal comprising mechanical fingers (29) for grabbing and releasing a bobbin case. A storage plate (16) is provided at the feeding end. A plurality of bobbin case storage stations (17) is provided on the storage plate. The plurality of bobbin case storage stations has one-to-one correspondence to the mechanical fingers on the execution terminal. A rotating mechanism is provided on the automatic bobbin replacing device and can drive the execution terminal to rotate, so that the mechanical fingers correspond to the bobbin case centers of the bobbin case storage stations. Also provided is a mobile automatic bobbin replacing method. The mobile automatic bobbin replacing device is applied to a template machine, an embroidery machine or a sewing machine, the problem that a worker needs to get into the lower side of a platen for manual thread replacement is solved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
