Abstract:
A mixing apparatus for processing sesame paste, comprising a support frame (1). A mixing barrel (2) is arranged in the middle of the bottom wall in the support frame (1); a supporting block (3) is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom wall in the support frame (1); a transmission shaft (4) is rotatably connected to the top end of the supporting block (3) by means of a bearing; a first bevel gear (5) and a handwheel (6) are fixedly connected to both ends of the transmission shaft (4), respectively; a connecting shaft (7) is rotatably connected to one side of the bottom wall in the support frame (1) by means of a bearing; a screw is fixedly connected to the top end of the connecting shaft (7); a second bevel gear (8) is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the connecting shaft (7); the outer surface of the second bevel gear (8) is engaged with the first bevel gear (5); a connecting plate (11) is threadedly connected to the outer side wall of the screw (9); a sliding rod (10) is fixedly connected to the other side of the inner bottom wall in the support frame (1); the outer side wall of the sliding rod (10) is slidably connected to the connecting plate (11); a stirring frame (26) is provided below the connecting plate (11), such that raw materials are mixed more uniformly, and thus the processing quality is improved, manual cleaning is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
