Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mining dump truck converter drive control system and algorithm, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The control system is composed of an engine, a synchronous generator, a rectifier, an excitation controller, a resistor grid, an inverter 1, an inverter 2, an alternating current asynchronous motor 1 and an alternating current asynchronous motor 2; the engine is coaxially connected to the synchronous generator; after a three-phase alternating current output by the excitation controller is rectified by the rectifier, the asynchronous motors are controlled through the inverters, and the resistor grid is connected to the rectifier. The algorithm utilizes a full-speed-domain high-performance vector control strategy, adopts full-speed-domain flux linkage observation and high-performance current decoupling control for the alternating current asynchronous motors, and, based on a maximum torque flux-weakening control strategy, carries out electric driving system joint optimization control based on working condition recognition. The invention gives a vehicle excellent speed control and more comfortable and stable driving, and enhances the operating performance of the mining dump truck.
