Abstract:
Disclosed are a microwave heating and sorting method based on mineral particle size identification and grading temperature determination. Crushed ore is sieved, and a suitable particle size for microwave heating and sorting is selected. On the basis of particle size identification of the particle size suitable for sorting, a sorting temperature difference of different particle sizes is determined, and then sorting is performed. According to the method, the problem of low waste discarding rate of conventional microwave heating-based ore sorting is solved, and when the grade of a waste discarding product is constant, the waste discarding rate can be increased by 15% or more.
