A microfluidic control technique-based oil droplet supply system and an auxiliary lubrication method therefor. The oil droplet supply system supplies a trace volume of lubricating oil drops to a water-lubricated bearing. The specific steps are: an oil injection hole (13) is provided on a water-lubricated bearing, a microfluidic control channel of the oil droplet supply system is inserted into the oil injection hole (13); and when the water-lubricated bearing suddenly encounters a harsh working condition, the oil droplet supply system, with an aqueous phase serving as a continuous phase and an oil phase serving as a dispersed phase, utilizes a microfluidic control technique to form individual oil droplets in the aqueous phase, the oil droplets flow with a water flow into a contact area via the oil injection hole (13) to generate an oil film, which replaces a fragile water film. With the intermittent supply of the lubricating oil at a trace volume and in a dispersed form to the bearing, the lubricating performance of the water-lubricated bearing in an abnormal working condition is increased, the wear and tear of the water-lubricated bearing is reduced, and the service life of the water-lubricated bearing is extended.
