A method for thermal management during charging of a vehicle (1000), a device, and a medium. The method for thermal management during charging comprises the steps of: acquiring a current vehicle position, a current battery power level, a current battery temperature, and battery charging parameter information; acquiring charging device charging parameter information of a corresponding charging device according to the current vehicle position; and determining a thermal management strategy of a battery (100) according to the current battery power level, the current battery temperature, the battery charging parameter information, and the charging device charging parameter information. The temperature of the battery (100) can be adjusted in advance to adapt to the output capability of a charging pile (400), thereby effectively reducing charging duration.
