Abstract:
A method and system for selecting an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy equivalent analog circuit. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining impedance spectroscopy test data of a plurality of reinforcing bar electrode samples having the same parameters; verifying the reliability of test impedance data by using a K-K conversion relationship, and selecting reinforcing bar electrode samples having reliable test impedance data; obtaining equivalent analog circuits respectively corresponding thereto; comparing visual differences between analog impedance data and the corresponding test impedance data by means of a Nyquist diagram and a Bode diagram, calculating chi-square values of the analog impedance data and the test impedance data, and selecting equivalent analog circuits having no visual differences and having chi-square values less than or equal to an order of magnitude of 1×10-4; and calculating element parameter values of the selected equivalent analog circuits, and finally selecting an equivalent analog circuit of which the evolution rule of each element parameter value accords with the logic of a test process. The problems of under-matching and over-matching in an equivalent circuit selection process are solved, and an effective method and tool are provided for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy decoupling and data analysis in corrosion science.
