Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of isotope-labeled drug synthesis, and specifically disclosed is a method for synthesizing a carbon isotope-labeled pyruvic acid, which method has few synthetic reaction steps, a high synthesis efficiency, a low cost, and a simple product extraction. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding an isopropenyl Grignard reagent to a reaction container, and cooling to a pre-set temperature; S2, proportionally adding carbon isotope-labeled carbon dioxide into the reaction container and reacting for a pre-set time; S3, adding an acid into the reacted system, adjusting the temperature to a pre-set temperature, and performing a quenching reaction; S4, performing an ozonation reaction on the reaction product of the carbon dioxide and the isopropenyl Grignard reagent after the quenching reaction; S5, adding a reducing agent to reduce the product in the step S4; and S6, removing the impurity in the reduced product to obtain the carbon isotope-labeled pyruvic acid.
