Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for separating a human hair follicle-derived papilla cell. The present application provides a method for separating a hair follicle-derived papilla cell in vitro. The method comprises the following steps: 1) collecting a sample from a hair follicle tissue and transporting the sample at a controlled temperature; 2) aseptically processing and detecting the hair follicle tissue sample; 3) separating a hair bulb tissue from the isolated hair follicle tissue; and 4) digesting the separated hair bulb tissue with a digestive enzyme to give a hair follicle-derived papilla cell, and identifying the cell. The present application further applies a thermostatic transportation container and a preservation solution, thus solving the problem of the ex-vivo time limit of tissues.
