Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means for selecting a subject-derived neoantigen. The above problem is solved by providing, for example, a method for selecting a subject-derived neoantigen, said method comprising: a step for acquiring sequence data of a cancer cell and a normal cell derived from a subject; a step for identifying a gene that has a gene mutation specific to the cancer cell; and a step for identifying, from a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) presenting peptide database, a peptide based on a wild-type gene corresponding to the gene that has the gene mutation specific to the cancer cell, wherein the gene mutation is a missence mutation, and the peptide based on the wild-type gene corresponding to the gene that has the gene mutation has a wild-type amino acid corresponding to the position of an amino acid mutation caused by the gene mutation.
