Abstract:
A method for removing a slurry on a single side of a lithium-ion battery electrode sheet, which method comprises the following steps: placing a lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) flat on a waterproof plate (1); adhering the edges of the lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) to the waterproof plate (1) by means of a waterproof adhesive tape (3); removing, via adhesion, oily layer substances on the surface of a slurry of the lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) by means of an adhesive tape (4) or wiping same off by means of a surfactant; soaking dust-free paper (5) in a wipe-off solvent (6), wherein the wipe-off solvent (6) is selected from absolute ethyl alcohol or deionized water; wiping the surface of the lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) by using the dust-free paper (5) soaked with the wipe-off solvent (6) so as to separate the slurry from a substrate of the lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2), thereby obtaining a lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) from which the slurry has been separated; and removing the residual solvent on the surface of the lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) from which the slurry has been separated, and then drying same to obtain a lithium-ion battery electrode sheet (2) from which a slurry on a single side thereof has been removed. A battery slurry is easily and quickly wiped off by means of a two-step method, and a wipe-off rate of 100% is achieved for various types of lithium-ion battery electrode sheets (2).
