Abstract:
A method for removing a green sheet-attached coating layer, the method comprising the steps of: cutting a green sheet-laminated film into pieces; holding the cut laminated film (50) in a container (121) having a plurality of holes (121A); storing the container (121) and process water (e.g., hot water (HW)) in a storage tank (21); separating the laminated film (50) in the process water into a base film which remains in the container, floating matter which is discharged outside the container and floats in the process water, and sediment which is discharged outside the container and settles in the storage tank (21); collecting the base film; collecting the floating matter; and collecting the sediment, wherein the floating matter is the residue of the green sheet-attached coating layer, the sediment is the residue of the green sheet, and the coating layer includes an intermediate layer and a release agent layer.
