Abstract:
A method for reducing cracks at a pier-pile cap junction portion, comprising: step 1, pouring a first layer, the first layer being a first layer of a pile cap, having a height of 4 m and being made of C40 concrete; step 2, pouring a second layer, the second layer being a second layer of the pile cap, having a height of 2.7 m and made of C40 concrete; step 3, pouring a third layer and a fourth layer, the third layer and the fourth layer being a pier-pile cap junction portion and being both made of C50 concrete; and step 4, stepwise pouring a fifth layer, a sixth layer, …, a tenth layer until pouring of a pier is completed, the fifth layer being the bottom portion of the pier, having a height of 2.5 m and having variable cross sections, the sixth layer being a hollow thin-wall pier body, and the fifth layer and the sixth layer having the same sectional area and being both made of C50 concrete.
