The present invention provides a method for rapid batch preparation of a mica tape, comprising: S1, placing mica paper on a table board, and pasting a plurality of reinforcing bands on the mica paper side by side; S2, cutting the mica paper to form a plurality of strips of mica paper for later use; S3, cutting a glass fiber fabric for later use; S4, combining the glass fiber fabric with a first adhesive, and uniformly permeating the glass fiber fabric; S5, flatwise placing the strips of mica paper in step S2 on one side of the glass fiber fabric, and uniformly permeating; S6, combining the mica paper with a second adhesive, and uniformly permeating to form a semi-finished mica tape; and S7, carrying out irradiation operation on the semi-finished mica tape to obtain a finished mica tape. When the mica tape is machined by using the method, it can be guaranteed that the mica paper has certain strength, the risk that the mica paper is damaged in the machining process is reduced, the production cost is reduced, when the mica tape is manufactured in a laboratory, qualified test products can be manufactured, the accuracy of test data is guaranteed, and the reliability of test is improved.
