Abstract:

The present invention relates to: a method for producing ultrafine soybean powder, in which, unlike existing production methods in which soybean hulls are recovered, whole soybeans are crushed, thus being nutritionally excellent and having a small particle size, and thus, when applied to beverage products, excellent swallowing and sensory properties are achieved; and a beverage using ultrafine soybean powder produced by the method.
